Other dependants 1 Year, 2 Months ago

Hello Moheb one more time,
I would like to know about other dependants accompanying us, other than children. As a mother in-law or a mother.
Can't I consider the mother in-law, in the other dependants category ( other relatives dependant on you or your spouse may include , for example, an aged unmarried relative)Page 40 in 11190.pdf file , would you please shed some light on that too.
specially that she is living with us , so we just can't migrate and leave her behind.
wish you the best Thank you so so much
Doaa

Under the skilled migration scheme an aged dependant relative can be included if the following criterea are met:
"Other relatives of you or your spouse may be considered in the application if they meet all of the following:
* they have no other relative able to care for them in their own country and they either: o have never been married o are widowed o are divorced o are separated * they are usually resident in your household * they rely on you for financial support for their basic needs * you have supported them for a substantial period * they rely on you more than any other person or source."
I believe most of the rules apply to your mother in law.
