Fireworks are not illegal to use in Australia, many families use them – although on very special occasions such as Australia Day and New Years Eve, on the other hand the government of Australia organizes large fireworks displays on every major occasion.

Sydney in particular has become extremely famous as one of the world's top venues for breathtaking firework shows, usually incorporating the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the opera house.
