1-Master degree in software engineering 2005-2006 from Sweden
2-bachelore degree in computer science 1998-2003 from jordan

my experience
1-i worked as teacher of computer science in secondary school from 08/2003-07/2005 (jordan)
2-i worked as ICDL Instructor in ministry of education of jordan 07/2004-07/2005
3-am working right now as IT instructor in institute in saudi arabia from 09/2007 -till now
my age :27

my questions:-
1-please tell me if am qualify for apply high skill worker visa?
2-can you tell me how many points i can get ?

is it makes a difference if i was refused a tourist visa before from any country like usa or canada in progress of application and should i mention it if it was on a long time ago passport while i was student ?
knowing that nowadays passport holds many visas , one of them few months ago United Kingdom ? is it helpful all that story or doesnt make sense in form 80?
