Assigning C.O progress is very very slow!!!!! 5 Months ago
I have been monitoring the progress of assigning Case Officer to offshore PR paper _base_ application which have been received before Sept 2007. I send e-mail weekly to
This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Last week DIAC has assigned C.O. to applications which have been received on 23 may 2007 and today the progress only one day, DIAC has assigned C.O. to applications which have been received on 24 May 2007.

This mean every week DIAC only can assigned C.O to applications which have been received on the same day.

My application has been received on 30 Aug 2007._base_d on the above timing i would have to wait another 20 month just to get C.O. assignment. What happen with all my documentation??? When the visa will be granted ???

Does DIAC try to expedite the process in order to cater huge application ???

Thanks in advance to anyone who advice and share to face this situtation.

Regards,
vito

Dear Fadel,

If the C.O. assignment to application is more than 1 year from the submission of the application, do we need to provide new documentation(s) or certificate(s) e.g IELTS, working experience etc. Since those documentations might be expired already ? Thanks.

Your application file took too long in process, something went wrong, simply because No C.O assigned to your case till now.
To be able to help you:

1) How did you calculate your point?
2) ASCO Code.
3) How many years of experience you had?
4) Age.
5) Type of visa you applied for.
6) Marital status (Single or Married)
7) Are you in MODL list.
8) Did you attend a study or worked in Australia before?
9) Your IELTS score
10) Do you submit your application through migration agent?

I will recalculate your points according to visa type you applied for, and will let you know the outcome.
