i met with her on the net at january of 2007,she is from australia ,and she came here to meet with me in person at august,and she stayed in my country for a month..and now she turned back..since i have met with her on net,i have been chatting with her everyday and at least 2 hours..
as far as i understand,i think we should apply for prospective marriage visa??am i right?
i visited immigration official page,but i couldnt find an answer who should apply first?can she apply from there with the form she fills in? or i should apply first?
also what documents i need when i apply?

I can understand your concerns and how anxious you want to be with her, you are correct in the assumption that your best visa would be prospective marriage, the good news is that it is one of the "priority" visas and the speediest way to prioritize it is to set a date for the marriage in Australia and book a hall and have proof of all other marriage preparations to be presented to the department of immigration here in Australia.

She should fill out the forms and send them to you (including the marriage bookings etc) and the assurance of support (basically a declaration stating that she is willing to be responsible for you in Australia. then you fill out the rest of the forms and lodge the entire application in the nearest Australian Embassy.

hi...I have apllying for prospective marriage (fiance)visa to australia in 10.04.2008...I was at interwiev in 23.04.2008...I was at medical examination in 08.05.2008..and am still waiting for my visa..how long still take for get my visa ???
