Hello there. I have 2 questions regarding getting a permanant residency visa.
1. Would being bankrupt affect getting one?
2. Would suffering from depression affect it (if on medication)?

If you could answer these questions that would be great, i've been trying to find out for ages!

1) Being bankrupted before will not affect your file if this bankrupt filed from long time ago. You should have physical experience for 1 year minimum experience before you lodge your application for SRS 475 and three years experience if you lodge your application for SI 175 Subclass visa.

2) Depression is not considered a disease which will prevent you to apply for immigration. 30% of world habitants suffering the same.
