Migrate with niece 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago
I have applied for 175 Online.
I have two kids of my own but I included my niece who's mother has passed away and I have been looking after her. Her father gave his full consent.
Will there be an issue?

For most visas, family members (spouses, dependant children or dependent relatives), who apply at the same time as the applicant, can apply on the same form as the principal applicant.

Thank you very much for the information.
I have guardian ad litem for her and CO has requested court order or affidavits from her guardians and her father. Also, we are in the process of adopting her.
Should I inform the CO about the adopting process?

Yes you can advise the CO now, but later you should submit affidavits from her guardians and her father and also the adopting order in hard copies.
