I have applied for 175 Online. I have two kids of my own but I included my niece who's mother has passed away and I have been looking after her. Her father gave his full consent. Will there be an issue?

Thank you very much for the information. I have guardian ad litem for her and CO has requested court order or affidavits from her guardians and her father. Also, we are in the process of adopting her. Should I inform the CO about the adopting process?
