I lived in Australia since 2005 till 2008 on student visa studying diploma of tourism. During those years I personally met my fiance who I was dating for two years and three months also shared the same household for six months. My fiance who has been Australian resident since April 2008 intend to marry me within one year of my entering the AU and are both free to marry.
The year 2008 i left Australia for Dubai to work for emirates airline as a cabin crew.My question is, If we get married within one year in Australia, can i left the country and continue working out of Australia as a cabin crew and entering the country with no limitation on working visa before my marriage visa will be granted?
Best regard,
Miriama

Mariama,
If you get married in Australia then you want to travel to continue your work in another country and you can enter australia again under visitor vias without limitation. All you need is an invitation letter from your prospectice spouse.
