i'll told you my case here and looking for your advice

1- i am holding BS.c Tourism and hotels
2- After that i took diploma 6 months in IT from IBM
3- i have certification from Microsoft
4- i have certification from CIW
5- I have PMP certificate as well

Now

I have experience around 5 years as software developer and worked 3 years as project manager for IT projects
Currently I work in some bank in department called strategic projects (Its Project management office) since 9 months now.

Anyway my problems as

1-in certificate number 3 and 4 my name is say like “MohImed” note the "I" after "hIm"
2-in certificate number 5 and in my passport my name is like “MohAmed” note the "A" after "hAm"

I have experience letters from the all companies I worked with as related to IT

My question as

1-Is the different spelling on my certificates will cause a problem?
Which should I apply with occupations as now in project management filed, I am not programmer but I manage IT projects?
2-If I have job offer in Australia, is it will speed the process?
3-When should I did ILETS and if it’s applicable to apply now without it, if yes and I pass the exam but with low score should I reenter the exam or they will give me low score in English ability?
4-How much it cost for the application (me and my wife and my baby)?
5-What is the benefits from immigration to Aus I mean in terms of education, medical…etc
6-I read on the web site for aus immigration that I have to stay there 4 years for citizenship out of how many years??

1) Of course the change in names is poroblem. You should make statutory declaration stating that your
change of names is referred to the same person which is you.

2)Yes of course if you have a job offer, will speed the process.
3) You should apply to get your +ve assessment from ACS. IELTS will be required after you get this +ve assessment.
4) to see the right fees go to DIAC web site> http://immi.gov.au
5) Same as item No.4 above
6) 4 out of 5 years.

As I am working in the IT field , i will try to answer some of your questions:

1 Is the different spelling on my certificates will cause a problem?
As far as i know is that you can contact Microsoft and request to adjust the name in the certificate, they will adjust it and send a corrected one to you

3-When should I did ILETS and if it’s applicable to apply now without it, if yes and I pass the exam but with low score should I reenter the exam or they will give me low score in English ability?
In my case , i presented the IELTS document before logging the application, I know that you can post it after applying. but not with a long time , if you don't pass the exam , the whole application will fail

4-How much it cost for the application (me and my wife and my baby)?
350 for the assessment + 2105 AUD for the application

6-I read on the web site for aus immigration that I have to stay there 4 years for citizenship out of how many years??
out of 5 years
