Dears,
I have completed my skills assessment and IELTS test and i'm ready to lodge my application, but there are some points in the application that i need help on,these points are:
*In part H question 66 i'm asked about other family members including step brothers and sisters,some of them i don't know their birth date and i wouldn't be able to know this information,do i just leave the birth date blank.
*In part J question 70 concerning health i should say if i have a serious disease but i don't know which diseases are considered serious,for example i have diabetes type 2 (i don't need any medical or special care, only my medical pills) so is it considered serious or not.
If anyone could help me please reply as soon as possible.
