dependent mother 8 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Dear Brother Fadel,
I hope you are doing fine and will be in good health. I applied as a C/C++ programmer in April-09 from HR and recently got a Case officer. I applied for my mother along with my family who was completely dependent on me at that time. Now she has moved to my home country along with my younger brother who is working for a multi-national bank. I few days back emailed the Immigration department regarding the possibiity of taking my mother application back as she is not completely dependent on me and not living with me (visits me very often)
Wit refernce to that my case officer asked me if I am willing to withdrawn her application or not? I have to reply to him asap so that my application can proceed further.
I would like to seek your advice can my mother be still called my dependent. Although she is been financially supported by me , me younger brother who is in singapore and youngest brother in my home country? or should I withdraw her application?
2. What are the options left for me regarding her once i move to australia?

Thanks

From your E-Mail, you mother is not fully and/or completely dependent only on you, because you have brothers supporting her also.

My advice:
Withdraw her from your application to DIAC, simply because not to get a refuse of your application as primary applicant.

Once you are in Australia, you can sponsor your mother without taking chances or risks.

Re:dependent mother + T 8 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Dear Brother Fadel,
Thanks for the reply. I recently got an email from my CO asking

for the pay slip and work contract as according to him I did not provide enough documentation for the "work Experience" not the skill assesment.

I would like to know if

1) I can provide him with the standard work contract letter which provides by my HR i.e. Designation and salary etc and no job de_script_ion. along with the offer letter which I got from my employer in 2003 when I joined them?

2) Also, my designation here is "Instructor" but I was positively accessed by ACS as C/C++ Professional _base_d on the projects I have been involved in. The HR will only write Instructor on the work contract letter and no mentioning of Software Engineer. I don't see any problem in that, right ?

3) We don't get any pay slips, should I supply the bank statements? How much past dated the statements should be as I joined my employer in 2003?

Thanks

You should submit with the contract in hand Statutory declaration stating your job _title_, Tasks, working full time or part time, etc.. We do statutory declaration for 100 $ US

Plus the above mentioned you can submit Bank statement showing that your monthly salary transfer. There will be no past dated. Submit bank statement from the date they deposited.

The above is necessary to avoid delay in processing
