My fiance and myself are currently collecting all required information for a prospective marriage Visa.

My question is do i require to Provide a Nomination of Intended Marrige (NOIM) form with the appllication or can this be forwarded to immigration after the visa has been granted?

We have set a date for our wedding but are unsure whether it will be here in Australia or her Home Counrty the philippines

Hi All,
I am actually in the same process, I am planning to apply for Prospective Marriage visa. My fiance is from the Philippines and she is pregnant. I am now completing my degree at the university (few months to go). So far I am working part-time at the university and I was wondering if I am required to provide any financial evidence when applying for prospective visa. Can anyone share some information about this.
